A Personal Note from the Teachers These young children that you share with us each day brighten our day, give us hope for our future and always challenge us. They are true bundles of energy with a zest for learning and a great sense of wonder. The hope to touch their lives in such a way that learning will truly be an adventure in our kindergarten and the bigger world. To motivate and stimulate is the key to unlock the many doors to learning. We hope to provide your child with experience and skills that will foster healthy, curious problem-solvers. And we hope that those skills will help your child to be successful live-long learners. We hope that our approach in planning and impelmenting well designed lessons will give your child a firm foundation for further learning. All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten By Robert Fulghum
Most of what I really need to know about how to live and what to do and how to be I learned in kindergarten. Wisdom was not at the top of the graduate school mountain, but there in the sand pile at school, these are the things I learned: Share everything. Play fair. Don't hit people. Put things back where you found them. Clean up your own mess. Don't take things that aren't yours. Say your sorry when you hurt somebody. Wash your hands before you eat. Flush. Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you. Live a balance life- learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work everyday. Some take a nap every afternoon. When you go out into the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands and stick together. Be aware of wonder. Kindergarten School Hours: School begins promptly at 8:15 am and ends at 3:00 pm
