Annual Magazine Drive

Dear Parents and Guardians:

Mark your calendars!

Our annual magazine sale starts Wednesday, September 16 and ends on Friday, October 9.

We need your support.

The PTO has always funded great programs and gifts for our school like new playground equipment, library books and cultural arts assemblies. Your support of our fundraising efforts help the PTO continue to provide our children with the best educational experience possible.

Packanack School will earn 45% profit on each subscription sold. Subscribers enjoy up to 85% off list price.

* Do not allow your child to sell door-to-door.

*SubNet Booklet: Included in your selling packet is a small yellow Subscription Network booklet. These SubNet books allow us to “network” our fundraiser to friends and family outside of the area. Simply complete the booklet with 7 names and addresses and return by THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 and your child will receive a Backpack Talking Buddy and be entered into a raffle to win a Shower Radio! No subscription need be sold to win this prize, simply a completed SubNet book!

*Order Forms: Please enter one subscriber per order form. Up to 3 selections can be included on each order form. Complete the order form neatly and be sure to give your customer the pink copy. The white and yellow copies should be returned in the collection envelope, along with payment, on one of our three turn-in days.

Turn-in Days:

*Friday, September 25

*Friday, October 2

*Friday, October 9

Payment:

*You may pay using checks made payable to Packanack School PTO. Please be sure to print the student’s name and class on each check. We are unable to split checks between different students (including siblings) and different classrooms, so please do not submit a single check for more than one student.

*You may also pay with Visa or Mastercard by simply completing the credit card payment form included in your child’s packet.

* Internet Orders: Orders may be placed online by visiting www.aphearst.com and entering our school code: WC2487. To be eligible for turn-in day prizes, internet orders must be placed by noon of each turn-in day.

* Renewals and Coupons: Your current subscriptions to American Publishers titles may be renewed through this fundraiser. Just complete the order form using the subscriber’s address exactly as it appears on the mailing label of the current subscription and be sure to check the “renewal” box. Coupons will be accepted for American Publishers titles provided they are attached to the order form when it is returned to school.

Delivery: Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks after your subscription has been sent to the publisher for your first copy to arrive. AP Hearst Customer Service: 1-800-284-9711
