What to do:

• Most of us have inkjet printers at home or work. Next time you have an empty cartridge, don't throw it away.
• Just place it in a Ziploc bag and bring it to our school.
• There is a special recycle box outside the Office.

Benefits to our School:

• Packanack School will be paid $2.00 for each cartridge with a printhead.
• Recycling company (Empties4Cash) provides free boxes & free shipping.

Benefits to our Community:

• Reduce pollution: Cartridges do not decompose for 1000 years.
• Save energy: Empty ones can be remanufactured and reused.

Which Cartridges:

• Cartridges with a printhead are qualified for payment. This includes: Apple, Canon, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Kodak, Lexmark, Samsung and Xerox.
• Cartridges without a printhead are not accepted. This includes Epson.
