Mrs. Thornton is a graduate of Kean College and holds a B.A. in
Elementary Education (K-8) and a B.A. in Psychology. She has been a staff
member at Truman School since 1992 as both a kindergarten and first grade
teacher. Mrs. Thornton has been teaching first grade for the past 17 years.
When she is not teaching Mrs. Thornton enjoys reading, music, yoga
spending time outdoors and riding her bike... but her favorite thing
to do is spend time with her family, including her 3 crazy cats.

individualiy amongst all students.
