My passion for education continously grows as I complete my tenth year of
teaching second grade at Truman Elementary School. I graduated from Kean
University with a BA in Elementary Education and History.
My classroom is a conducive learning atomoshpere where I provide ample
opportunity to differentiate individual, small group, and large group
instruction. The infusion of new curriculum materials allows for an active,
hands-on learning environment where students learn through centers and
differentiate hands-on activities. In addition, the students
demonstrate the ability to create a sense of community in the classroom
characterized by a common commitment to work together.
