Teaching is my passion. I have been teaching Language Arts
Literacy in Sayreville for eight years. My first seven years in Sayreville
were spent teaching the fourth grade. Last year was my first year teaching
the fifth grade. This year I'm teaching the fifth grade, once again. Mr.
Nurnberger, Mrs. Obryk & I make up team 5-5.
Upon graduating from Arizona State University, I began my teaching career in
Arleth Elementary School. I taught fourth grade L.A.L. in Arleth for three
years. When the Samsel Upper Elementary School opened in 2004, I transferred
over to the new school. Since I began my teaching career, I have earned two
Master's Degrees. My first Master's Degree is in Reading. I earned my
Reading Specialist Degree from Walden University. I attended St. Peter's
College for my second Master's Degree, which is in Administration and
Supervision.
Every student can succeed! It's my goal to help every student be successful
in school. I've created a welcoming and safe learning environment for my
students.
