Mrs. Yuhas:
This is my 8th year teaching here at Samsel Upper Elementary School! During
that time, I have taught LAL, Science,
Social Studies, and have even done a short stint in the Science Lab. I am a
LAL teacher at heart and am looking forward to another year teaching Language
Arts!
I am a life long resident of Sayreville and have received my education from
the Sayreville Public School District. I am a graduate of Kean University
with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.
I reside here in Sayreville with my husband, Rich and our two children, Ryan,
9 and Caelyn, 3.
I am looking forward to another fabulous and productive year here at the
Samsel Upper Elementary School!
Mrs. O'Neill:
This is my 6th year teaching at the SUES and my 18th year in the Sayreville
district. My previous years were spent teaching K-2nd grades at Emma Arleth
Elementary School. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education
and Special Education from Monmouth University. My husband, Marty and I have
two children, Faith, 8 and Brooke, 6.
I am looking forward to another year teaching with Mrs.
Yuhas and Mrs. Payne this school year!
Our mission is to provide a fun and fulfilling classroom environment where
all children feel safe and can effectively learn. We want to challenge and
excite children by introducing them to hands on activities with hopes they
develop a love for reading and language. It is important for students to
learn in an engaging and productive environment where all students are
treated equally and learn at their own pace. We hope that your children will
love coming to school and work hard at achieving these goals.
