SCOLIOSIS:  
Students in grade 9 and 11 will be screened for scoliosis by Mrs.
Potter and Mrs. McCarthy.  If an abnormality is detected you will be
contacted regarding your choice of re-evaluation by the school doctor
or by your private physician.  If you would like to waive this
screening for your child, return the Scoliosis Screening letter that
will be mailed home prior to the start of school in September, or you
may call the health office at 889-8600 ex. 508.

10TH GRADE STUDENTS:
Each student in the 10th grade will be screened for visual acuity,
hearing, height, weight and blood pressure. If an abnormality is
detected, you will be notified and a follow up with your private
physician may be recommended. A student who has submitted a routine
physical or sport physical exam documenting these values will not be
re-screened.
