WELCOME RAS STUDENTS! RAS began last week and we were off to a great start.
Students may bring a healthy snack to class, if they would like.
If you are in the Language Arts section, please report to room 40 at 2:42.
Students will be dismissed at 3:30 at the main entrance of the school.
Just a few reminders and updates:
Reading:
~ The new reading logs have been working out better for most students.
Please remember that logs will be collected EVERY FRIDAY.
~Spelling quiz every Tuesday
Language Arts:
~Students will be writing a narrative essay this week about a memorable
haircut. Please try to help them out with any stories about haircuts, whether
they were planned or accidental.
Math:
~Students are working on addition and subtraction of whole numbers and
decimals with regrouping.
~Just added some great math links that offer practice for the skills that
we are working on. The first three that are listed will help with addition
and subtracting with regrouping. Just click on LINKS on the sidebar.
Everything Else:
~November book orders were distributed. If you would like to order
books, please return the orders by November 9th.
~Please remember to check the homework link for updated homework.
