What if I forget to bring home a homework sheet I was given in class?

Check the I Lost the Paper section to see if it is there.  If 
it's a form we generally use in class, just recreate it with 
paper and pencil.

Why can't I hand in homework the next day for reduced credit?

Unless you are absent or have made prior arrangements with me, 
late homework is not accepted.  Homework often involves reading 
and is often the basis for discussion the next day.

Can I do extra credit work to bring up my grade?

Extra credit work is not given in this class.  There are numerous 
chances for each student to shine in this class, and each student 
is assessed in a number of ways.  I am, however, always available 
for extra help.
