- I'd be happy to take your old  cards from you (Christmas, holiday, birthday,etc.)! 
   All I need is the front cover from the card.
- Boxes of tissues (the students don't like using the "scratchy ones")
- Lids from soup cans, etc. (only if you have one of the can openers that gives you a 
smooth edge, please)
- Any type of fabric pieces
- Old buttons
- Wire hangers (the really flimsy ones you get from the cleaners, no cardboard tubes)
