Special Child Health Services (SCHS)

County-based system for children (birth-21) with complex, long-term medical and/or developmental delays or disabilities. SCHS provides free evaluation, assessment and case management. SCHS is also the point of entry for the NJ Early Intervention System which provides an array of services and supports for children age birth to 3.
