If my computer is not working, what's the first thing I should do?

Restart the computer.  Although this sounds like a simple thing to do, it will
fix the problem a majority of the time.

If restarting still doesn't fix my problem, what should I do?

Please submit a Computer Service Request Form to your principal.  The forms
are available in the main office and the computer lab.  You can also print out
a copy from the Forms page on the District Technology web site.
