I graduated from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 1998 with a B.A. in
Spanish/Secondary Education. I worked in an elementary school in Hoboken for
five years as a Spanish teacher and then moved on to teach high school
Spanish in Jersey City for 2 years. I recently became a member of the
Weehawken High School staff.
I am very excited to teach the language and to expose students to the
cultural aspects of Latin America and Spain.
The goal of the class is for students to become comfortable speaking basic
phrases in Spanish and for them to be familiarized with customs and
traditions in different Spanish speaking countries.
