What is your policy regarding late work?

Starting the second marking period, I do not accept work that is
more than
one day late. Fifteen points will be taken off assignments that
are one day
late.

What am I responsible for if I am absent?

You need to be checking the web or calling a classmate for
assignments
missed. If you are unable to do so, it is your responsibility to
come see
me for appropriate make-up times. If you miss a quiz or test due
to an
absence, you have one week to make it up. If you fail to do so,
you
receive a zero for the assignment. You are responsible for
making up all
work, including classwork and homework, when absent. It is also
your
responsibility for handing in any homework that was due on the
day your were
absent.

What is your grading scale?

I follow the same grading scale that appears on your report card:
4 = 92-100
3 = 84 - 91
2 = 74 - 83
1 = 68 - 73
0 = anything below a 68

When are you available for extra help?

I am available to students on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons
for extra help after my 8th period class. If students need to
make special
arrangements for help, they may talk to me before or after
class. I can
also be reached by email through the Weehawken web site.
