A. Montoya Elementary PTA

The Jog-a-thon is our main fundraiser for the year. It is also tax deductible. See "PTA Events" page for more information. Date: Friday, September 23rd, 2011.

Though popular in the past, A. Montoya has not participated in a Dion's "Community Night" the last few years. We have no control over which Tuesday/Wednesday night might be allotted to us. If we are assigned an evening that fits the calendar, then we will participate in the 2011-2012 school year. (The schedule should be out by the end of August.) 10% of that evening's proceeds would be donated to the PTA.

Like the Spring 2011 Catalog Sales, the Spring 2012 Catalog Sales will overlap the Easter season and will be back in time for Mother's Day. We have not decided which of two companies we will be using. If you have a preference, let us know! www.signaturefundraising.com or www.believekids.com

*Just a quick note about fundraisers. During the school year, the PTA is not the only entity that organizes fundraisers. The school or a classroom might also hold their own events. Hopefully with these dates published ahead of time, no conflicts will arise.
