Reading - To encourage your child's good reading habits, enjoy some time
reading together. This can take the form of you and your child reading
together, your child reading to you or you reading to your child. Please
write the name(s) of the book(s) you read on your child's Nightly Reading Log.

Math - Everyday Math provides math homework for every math lesson. The
students will be getting math homework on a regular basis. I will send home a
Math Homework Packet on Monday and collect the packet the following Monday.
Please only do one homework sheet a night. The first sheet should be done on
Monday, the second sheet on Tuesday and so on. That will ensure that the
lesson has been taught in class before your child does the homework.
Fundations - The students will also receive Fundations homework. I will be
creating homework packets that support the skills we are learning in class.
The packet will be sent out Monday and will also be due the following Monday.
I will keep that schedule the same as the Math Homework. If you have any
questions, please feel free to ask!
