What we will learn in this unit:

The needs of animals, similarities and differences of different animals, and the various environments animals inhabit along with their various external features that help them satisfy their needs

Our animal unit will end with a culminating activity: New Mexico Wild Animal dioramas and our New Mexico Wild Animal nonfiction booklets
