In computer lab, create a document proving the hero you chose really fits 
the heroic journey and the stages he/she goes through. You may make a 
powerpoint or you may make a work document with visuals inserted. You will 
be graded on the amount of text you have and the creativity you display with 
your visuals.

In computer lab, create a report or power point on your three people/events/
things you chose from Joel's song.  Be sure to have visuals and a good 
amount of information that 
you can share with the class.

Read poem, "Did I Miss Anything" Write about the tone of this poem, and find 
two lines to prove this 
tone. Why did I assign this poem of all the poems I could chose from?

understatement, rhythm, 
sentence structure, connotative and denotative meaning

Define the following words: perplexed, curmudgeons, proliferation, 
insidious, solipsism, bemoan

Read letters Read "Dumb and Dumber," and assert your opinion with support in 
beautiful, yet brief 
writing.

Think about Solipsism as you wander about today.

Plot the action of your life. Write a personal essay about it, type it for 
extra credit. Be sure to use and 
highlight the words from our transitions list. This is worth ten points. Due 
in one week.
