AWEC SENIOR BAND REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:10 to 9:00 a.m.
JAZZ BAND:Tuesdays after school
CANCELLATIONS: If school is cancelled because of inclement weather - our
band rehearsal will also be cancelled.
If a rehearsal is cancelled during the school day, an announcement will be
made on the school PA system.
Check our calendar on this web-site for planned cancellations due to
inservices etc.
Band members may receive e-mail from the director regarding a rehearsal
cancellation (usually 24 hours in advance,if possible) or phone call from a
fellow band member (part of your Band phone tree) the night before if
possible.
