All students who receive Direct Consultant Teacher services will be given
weekly progress reports. These reports are sent home every Friday with your
child. I encourage you to ask your child to share his/her reports with
you. This is a great way for you to always be on top of what is going on at
school.
There is a sheet for you, as the parent/guardian, to sign and return to
school each week. I don't have a consequence for the students if this sheet
is not brought back. I leave that up to you at home. Your child is getting
ready to move into the high school where there won't be weekly reports. I
would like to take him/her in the direction of greater independence THIS
year.
I keep the originals of the reports, so if you ever need a new copy it will
be available. Hopefully, we will have a very successful year together.
