Order form for Arlington Spiritwear!
Show your Arlington pride by wearing spiritwear made available by the PTSA.
To place an order just fill out the order form below and mail it to: AHS
PTSA/Spiritwear, 1157 Route 55, Lagrangeville, NY 12540. Forms can also be
returned to the AHS PTSA mailbox in the main lobby of the high school. Make
checks payable to AHS PTSA. Orders will be delivered to student’s homeroom
(Items may also be picked up anytime at the information bubble in the main
lobby of AHS or delivered to main offices of other schools). For questions
contact Pattiann Adams @ phaaadams@optonline.net. The spiritwear store is
located at AHS in the cross corridor between the main lobby and cafe’s A & B.
If you’d like to see the items the store is open on Wed. during lunch periods
(10-1:30).
