Fall 2012 sessions and the Winter 2013 sessions.
Arthur S. May Elementary School Chess Club Fall Schedule 2012
*The chess club is currently available to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students with future plans to include the K-2nd students. Registration forms and schedules are available from Mr. Whalen as of Wednesday, September 12th. Admission to the chess club is on a "first come, first served" basis.
All meetings will be held Wednesday mornings from 7:20-8:20 in the gymnasium.

Prompt and consistent attendance is expected and required. Due to the early morning start time, all participants are encouraged, if necessary, to bring breakfast. It is not an uncommon sight to see a student with a chess piece in one hand and a bagel in the other!!!
Please note that in the event of a school snow delay or cancellation, chess club activities will be cancelled for that day as well.
