What is our daily procedure?

Dear Parents,

Every weeknight I will send home your child's homework folder
and planner. They will both contain pertinent information such as messages
from the office or from myself. They will also contain special dates,
assignments,
tests, spelling lists and vocabulary list. Look at these papers
and keep
them at home. Please sign your childs homework planner and send
it, along
with the completed homework, notes for the office or for me, and
the
homework folder back to school daily. This method keeps you
informed of your
childs grades and progress.

If you have any questions or comments, please call the school at
845-635-
4310 or write me a note.

Other information:
*If you would like to read the class a story or bring in snacks
feel free to
do so but please let me know 2 or 3 days in advance so I can plan
for it.

If you need anything I would be glad to help you or your child in
any
way!

Sincerely,

Ms. D. Alonge
