Will my child also receive a book each night from the classroom teacher?
Typically, no. The books I send home from the reading room take the place of a reading book from the homeroom teacher. If your child chooses to bring home a second book, however, that is perfectly fine. Back to Top

Why are Friday books harder?
Friday books are good children's literature and are not intended for your child's own reading level. Rather, you should read the book to your child and have him or her draw/write a favorite part in the response journal included in the plastic bag.Back to Top
