Thanks for visiting his teacher web page. Mr. Sanborn is in his eightteenth
year of teaching physical education. He has spent time at both elementary
and secondary levels in his teaching career. Eight years was spent at Arthur
S. May Elementary School where he taught grades K-5. The past eight years
have been spent here at Arlington High School teaching grades 9-12.
Mr. Sanborn is an Arlington High School graduate of 1982. He received an
Associates Degree in Social Science from Dutchess Community College in 1985.
He received his Bachelors Degree in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland in
1989 and his Master's Degree in Education from Elmira College in 1992.
The mission of physical education in the Arlington Central School District is
to provide a caring, supportive and nonthreatening atmosphere in which every
student is active, challenged and successful. It is our objective to empower
all students to sustain lifelong physical activity as a foundation for a
healthy, productive and fulfilling life.
