I have been a teacher in the Arlington School District for fourteen years.
For thirteen of those years I have had the honor of being a third grade
teacher.
Prior to that, I taught first grade at LaGrange Elementary, a combined third
and fourth grade a Poughkeepsie Day School and a Keystage two grade level in
Oxford, England.
I attended Oxford Brooks University and am a Vassar College graduate with
a Bachelors of Science Degree in Developmental Psychology. I earned a
Masters Degree in Instructional Technology at Western Connecticut State
University.
My mission is to create an environment where students feel comfortable
enough to take risks in their learning, push themselves to always do their
best and to have an enjoyable time in the process.
