Always make note of your references WHILE you are taking notes!
Book: title, author, publisher, copyright date, place of publication
Web Site: name of article, URL (web address), date you accessed the site, date of
publication,author, sponsoring organization, name of database.
You can only write down the things you can find; you cannot make any up so you
may not find ALL of these pieces of information.
