* Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee (Go Vols!)

* Moved to NY with my husband (a New Paltz native) and started teaching at 
AHS in 2000

* We have a son, 2 cats, and a dog.

* I currently teach Regents Biology
      -I have also taught Forensic Science at AHS 

* Education:
   -B.S. in Biology from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga
   -M.S. in Secondary Science Ed. from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville
