I have been teaching physical education at AHS since 1988. I am an avid
athlete and have competed in and won many running races and triathlons. I
still run but I do not compete. Other sports that I like to participate in
are tennis, cycling, kayaking, skiing (both downhill and cross country),
swimming, and hiking.
I have 21 nieces and nephews who keep me very busy. I am a field hockey,
lacrosse and basketball official. I am busy year round refereeing
tournaments all around the country as well as local colleges and high schools.
I love to travel and especially like going to the Alps to ski and hike. I
also enjoy touring the old castles. I love sitting down with a good book
when I can find the time.
I am committed to the success of every child in a safe, supportive, and
active learning environment that will promote lifelong physical activity as a
foundation for an active and healthy lifestyle.
