Plan your study time wisely in your planner. Remember to develop a learning plan and stick to it. How are you going to change the information so you will remember it? Practice makes perfect! Talk, talk, talk, and talk about the information that you must remember.

What did you do in class today to filter your short term memory information? Jot down the big idea in your planner? Fill in your note sheet about the "big idea" you learned in class? Organize your class notes? Good job! Now you will be able to use this information when studying and using active memory strategies. Be sure toCHANGEthe information so you can store it into long term memory in order to recall it later.
Good luck students.
