About Me

   Hi!  My name is Mrs. Dieterich.  I will be your Second Grade teacher.  I 
love reading and writing and TEACHING!  I also like spending time out on our 
boat.  I have taught in Babylon for eleven years.  Before that I was home 
raising my family.  I have three children, Lara, Dana, and Greg.  Lara is a
guidance counselor.  She works in a school with sixth, seventh, and eighth
grade students.  Dana graduated from college and works with disabled adults. 
Greg is a senior in Babylon.  He plays football for the Panthers! Some of you
might also know Mr. Dieterich, he is the big blond mailman you see around
town.  We love living in Babylon, going to the village pool and Argyle Park,
and eating at all the great places in town!  Before I had children I taught
Social Studies at Copiague Middle School.  Although I have taught many grades
my absolute favorite is SECOND GRADE!  Now I am looking forward to learning
all about YOU!
