Who:  High school juniors and seniors

What:  120 scholarships in amounts ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 are awarded

How:  Pose a question about a health problem that concerns a population.  Gather or find datarelated to the question, analyze the data, present the results and suggest ways to improve the problem.  Research should be no more than 30 pages.

When:  Enter by February 1, 2011 9 AM Eastern Time
