1) I only respond to e-mail that has your name in the subject area. Parents should put the name
of their child in the subject area.

2) I try to review my e-mail every day before 8 p.m., therefore your mail should
be sent BEFORE 7 p.m. if you expect an answer on the same day.

3) I respond to every e-mail I receive. If you do not receive a reply from
me, I did not open your e-mail. Please be sure to follow step 1 above.
