Yes! Your child will have homework every day. There is no homework on
weekends or vacations EXCEPT to read daily.

Is it okay if my child reads but doesn't write down the information?

It is wonderful that your child reads, but the assignment involves logging
what it is that they read. Therefore, it is not considered a completed
assignment.

What happens if homework needs a tool we don't have?

Usually, the tools needed are typically found at home. If coloring is
needed, you can always do something to show different color or design, even
if it with pencil. However, if you really are without a needed tool, just
write a note and your child will be able to make it up.

What happens if the homework is too hard?

The children know that all I ever ask is that they try, and do their best.
Even homework done poorly is helpful to me, because then I know what to work
on with them, and what they are struggling with.
