I am currently certified in Chemistry and General Science 7-12.  I graduated 
from SUNY Cortland for both my undergrad and graduate work.  I have taught at
Keshequa since the fall of 1998.  I enjoy teaching middle school science 
because it opens up the world to be explored.  You use science everyday, 
believe it or not.  Simply eating breakfast requires science skills like 
measuring, pouring, and cleaning up after yourself when you are finished.  
Simply boiling water is scientific!  So relax and enjoy the scientific world 
around you.

Mission For The Class

I want to open up the minds of middle school students to be able to enjoy 
the world of science.  They need science through their high school careers.  
They need to have an open mind to be successful.  My goal is to give them 
that open mind and realize that science can be fun, rewarding, and yet very 
educational.
