Homework is worth 30% of each student's grade so it's very important to keep
up! A lot of new and old material is covered in 8th grade Social Studies
with a very big state test at the end of the year. It is crucial to practice
and review what we have learned in class! Therefore, students should expect
homework assignments 3-4 nights per week. Homework needs to be both on time
and completed with quality effort! Homework that is one day late is only
worth half credit, however students may stay after school to complete an
extra assignment to boost the late homework grade (only if the homework is
completed!)
