Now--important information about our big field trip on Wednesday. Please be
sure everyone knows the following information. Mrs. E. does not have an e-
mail for everyone going on the trip-so please let them know.

November 18, 2009 Car assignments
At 10am, meet in the lobby of RCK; get checked in by Mrs. Cooke, Mr. Foxhall,
or Ms. DeGroat. Go to your assigned driver, then proceed to New Hamburg.
Check in with Mrs. Evaul at the station in New Hamburg, to get your
identifying button. We are all on one ticket, so we must stay together.
Teachers are assigned to certain groups to check in. Drivers:please make
yourself known to the respective advisor, gather your carload, then meet the
E’s in New Hamburg.
Parking is at the New Hamburg Yacht Club,on the road near the yacht club, and
in front of the Kingsley house,if needed. Be sure you each get a button from
Mrs. E. to signify that you are part of our group.
You are advised to bring lunch to either eat on the train or in Grand
Central. We have just an hour once we get into NYC to eat, then walk to the
theatre on 43rd St.
Once in NYC, we have a little time for lunch, then we must be
at the theatre by 1:30pm; the matinee begins at 2pm.
We get 20 minutes with the cast afterwards. Then we will split up, each group
with a chaperone, to go to dinner. Students must be with a chaperone at all
times. There are several restaurants within range of the theatre
and the train station. We will give you that list on Wednesday. We must be
back to Grand Central Station by 8pm, to arrive at New Hamburg at 10pm. Be
sure parents are there to pick up kids then. It would be wise to have $25-
$50 for food and souvenirs.
