This is my fifth year at Lansingburgh High School. I enjoy my job here very
much. I am dedicated to helping my students achieve success in and out of the
classroom. I am always available to my students when they need help. I am
involved in several extra-curricular activities as well, including Cross
Country, Ski and Snowboard Club, and Track and Field.
I am excited about the opportunity to teach Economics this year and to add AP
Microeconomics to my course schedule. I am looking forward to working with
many of the seniors who I have gotten to know well over the past three years.
My goal is not only to teach all of my students the content of the course,
but also to teach them things that will help them make good decisions and
become lifelong learners.
My classroom is one that is based on respect. My students are well on their
way to becoming adults and I treat them that way. I expect to be treated
with respect in return. If we can stick to these simple guidelines we can
accomplish a lot this year and enjoy ourselves at the same time.
