Homework is a very important element in school. It is the student’s responsibility to come to school prepared each day. Every homework assignment missed – NO RECESS/COMPUTERS until it is made up. An “X” will be placed on the homework chart next to your name. Every time an assignment is missing, a zero goes into the grade book under the corresponding subject. If an assignment is made up and turned in the next day, the zero will be erased. If the assignment is not made up then the zero stays. At the end of each quarter all zeroes will be counted up and will affect the final grade. The final average will go down a half letter grade for every three zeroes in that particular subject.
