New York State requires that each child in grades Kdg,2,4,7,10 and new
entrants have BMI and weight percentile included on physical exams.
New York State is recommending that students have a completed dental
certificate included in their cumulative health record. Our school district
will request that students in Kindergarten and in Grades 2,4,7,and 10 submit
a completed dental certificate.
