Dear Parent or Guardian,

Plans are well underway for the Class of 2012 Commencement exercise and the All

Night Graduation Party. The Graduation Ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m. on the morning

of June 23rd. The All Night Graduation Party will begin that evening at 10:30 p.m. Additional information and details will be mailed home in the spring.

Cap and gown orders and measurements will be taken November 21st-23rd by a

Herff-Jones representative. Seniors should read the announcements carefully and be prepared to be measured on the days he is here.

For your convenience, you can write a single check in the amount of $55.00 to cover the cost of the cap and gown as well as other graduation activities and events. Checks should be made payable to the Pine Bush High School Senior Class and handed in when measured for the caps & gowns. In the event that a student does not graduate in June, the cap and gown will be needed for the graduation ceremony in August, and August graduates may still attend the graduation party in June.

The All Night Graduation Party is a parent run and funded event to provide a safe, drug

and alcohol free venue for celebrating graduation. Parents have already begun working, however, additional support is welcomed and needed. If you can lend a hand or provide any support, please call Earlene Roe (733-6858).

As more details related to graduation and Senior activities are confirmed, they will be relayed to you and your child. As always, if you have any questions or concerns regarding this or anything else, please do not hesitate to call.
