| REGISTRATION NOTICE: Registration for the 2008-2009 School Year will take
place on Thursday, February 7th and on Friday, February 8th from 9:00 A.M.
to 11:00 A.M. Snowdate is Monday, February 11th, 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Applicants should be registered members of Saint Denis, Saint Columba or
Blessed Kateri Parish. These applications will be considered for placement
first. If there are openings available, we will then accept those who are
not parishioners.
You will need to bring the following information with you: copies of your
child's Baptismal certificate, birth certificate, record of immunization and
report card. There is a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee per family.
We will also need your Parish envelope number. If you will be registering a
student for a grade other than first, please bring a copy of Communion
Certificate; Reconciliation Certificate; Confirmation Certificate; report
cards; standardized test scores (ITBS, SRA, etc.) and New York State scores
(ELA, Math). Please call the school office at 227-7777 if you have any
