NEW UNIT!!!
I am so excited that we are all done with GATL and are starting a new unit.
This will be a video unit with emphasis on critical thinking skills. The key
word for this unit is 'manipulation'. We will discuss it at length and watch
for evidence of it in many different forms. Since we will be watching a lot
of videos this unit, expect a lot of writing assignments to show your thought
processes. And we will also throw in some reading as well -- with current
event magazines and free reading.
I will have a schedule of videos and assignments listed here soon.
Attendance is important because if you aren't here for the video you won't be
able to do the assignment. So plan to stay after if you need to make up
work.
