Welcome!     This is the starting point for your highly interactive
feedback session.   There are two documents to review.

To view the documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat as these
are ".pdf" files.    There are links to some of the material you
need to view, and some of the links are to online movies in
in QuickTime (.mov) or Windows Media (.wmv) format.
 

Since you will not be able to print out the main documents
make certain you receive a printed copy from the office.
Document 1 and Document 2 with the built in links (surrounded by a box)  will
provide you with information you need to complete your
feedback forms:

Document 1:   Feedback-Portfolio-Outcomes for the Six Core Competencies (with boxed links)

Document 2:   Attachments (with boxed links)
 

When you click to back out of a document, many times you will
automatically be "exited" completely.   Just log back in and go on
to view the links in the next section. 

Please do not share the passwords or documents outside of
