What an honor to be at St. Joseph School for the sixth year.
I consider myself blessed to be entrusted with the Kindergarten class.
The goal of St. Joseph School's Kindergarten class is to provide
opportunities for children to grow intellectually, socially, emotionally,
physically and spiritually in a warm, loving, Christian environment.
Through the use of formal instruction time, learning centers and social
interactions, the child will move comfortably through social and cognitive
stages of development.
"Nothing I can do is complete, which is another way of saying that the
Kingdom is always beyond me. ...I plant the seed that will one day
grow...water the seeds that are already planted, knowing that they hold the
promise of the future. And though I may never see the end results of my
labor, that is the difference between the Master Builder and the worker. I
am a worker in the Kingdom and may I do all that I can beginning with wisdom
and ending in love." (Adapted from a speech by the late Archbishop of El
Salvador, Oscar Romero)
