Last week the 5th grade will placed collection jars in the K-6 grade classroom to collect spare change and pennies. They are being very generous and because of their generosity we will be able to buy even more groceries.
We are also going to classrooms to collect returnable bottles and cans. We will return them to the recycling center on West Ridge Road and establish an account there to further our fundraising efforts. Again, we do need a volunteer for this activity also.
Don't forget to send in your coupons. It would be extremely helpful if you could cut them out before sending them in, saving us lots of time. We also need the actual sale flyers for any of the stores that use coupons, like Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Tops and pet stores.
