Mrs. Shifrin has been a Jewish educator for twenty-five years, and has been
the Educational Director of the Temple Hillel Religious School since 2000.
Mrs. Shifrin can relate to the issues facing the students and families of
our school since she and her daughters received their early Jewish education
at their synagogue's school.
The Religious School of Temple Hillel, an award-winning "School of
Excellence" as designated by United Synagogue, provides a well-rounded
Jewish education for children ages 5 - 13. Our objective is to build a
foundation of Jewish experience, knowledge and skill upon which a
satisfying, competent Jewish life can be built. Our goal is to create a
caring community in which children and parents find that they are stimulated
to learn and live as Jews.
