My name is Melanie Van Eron and I am currently a special education teacher at Willow Road School. I am in my eleventh year of teaching and my experience has ranged from k-8 in Special Education. I hold a teaching credential and masters degree in special education, which I received from San Francisco State University. I grew up in Connecticut but began my teaching career in California. In 2005, I moved to Long Island and in 2006 I began working at Willow Road School. I truly love teaching and feel very fortunate to have such a rewarding profession.
