Behavior Chart:

1st incident-card turned from smiley to yellow-warning

2nd incident-card turned from yellow to green-5 minutes loss of recess

3rd incident-card turned from green to red-no recess and note in agenda

4th incident-card turned to blue-no recess, parent contacted, possible timeout/detention

Severe Behavior-sent to Principal's Office and referral

Rewards:

Praise

Monthly lunch with the teacher-when 10 stickers are earned

Gotcha Slips to earn school prizes and classroom weekly raffle (Treasure Box)

Class Parties-when marble jar is filled

Gotcha Post Cards-sent home for positive behavior/excellent work
